How it works

From intake to return in five steps

A school-managed flow that keeps verification human, quick, and accessible for every student.

Step 1

Log the Item

A finder brings the item to the Lost & Found desk, and staff log it into the registry.

Step 2

Board Listing

Logged items appear on the public board so students can search for their belongings.

Step 3

Submit Claim

Students submit a claim with their Student ID, contact info, and a detailed description.

Staff verification

Step 4

Staff Review

Staff verify the Student ID and compare the description against the physical item.

Step 5

Pickup & Release

Approved students collect the item in person with their campus ID. The return is recorded on-chain.
